Last updated: October 2026

Who we are

Noveup, LLC is a software company based in Istanbul, Türkiye. For privacy questions, write to support@noveup.net.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what data noveup.net collects, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to this website; client projects are covered by their own agreements.

Data we collect

We receive the name, email address and message you send when you contact us. Our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser and requested page for security and reliability.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2FK7YX42SP) to understand which pages are useful. Analytics tags load only after you allow analytics in the cookie banner; before that, Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics and advertising storage denied and no Google Analytics request is made. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

How we use data

We use data to answer your messages, operate and secure the website, and understand aggregate usage. We do not sell personal data or use it to build advertising profiles.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics, our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure, and contract performance when you engage us.

Sharing and processors

Google provides analytics and our hosting provider serves the site. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We disclose data otherwise only when the law requires it.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Analytics data expires after 14 months.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@noveup.net; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
